Power yoga is an intense physical practice that is done in a studio under normal room temperature. This yoga system is designed to help sculpt the body while keeping one feeling more at peace; a tool that will help students feel better daily. Our classes will make you sweat, tone, loose weight, increase mobility while also working to release stress and tension. It is truly the best well rounded cross-training experience. Suitable for all level of participants and of all age groups. There are about 15-20 students in a batch wherein all participants are given individual attention.
Main aim is to help the student to enjoy the yoga session and to adopt it in their lifestyle rather than just making it an hour job to finish. Focus is on a complete body workout from warm-up to different forms of surya namaskars leading to variety of asanas. Every class is a different experience as every class has something new and different to learn in FORM OF YOGA.
Its an overall training emphasizing on total body toning, complete stretches making body more flexible & agile, to correcting the body posture, teaching the correct way of breathing to meditation. Its difficult to explain in words, so lets try it.
